The scholar speaks again at shabbat morning and afternoon services, and arrangements often include afternoon classes as well. Baby-sitting is arranged to allow parents to attend the talks, and for talks to occur with due decorum.
Usually, though not always, a Malava Malke gathering is arranged for Saturday evening after shabbat.
In the summer, instead of the Friday night dinner, a kiddush lunch is held after Saturday morning services. Visitors are welcome, but one will need to make reservations.
For further information on current and past events, as well as contact information regarding reservations, visit the Etz Chayim Forum. Information for upcoming events will be posted in the notices of WAM service times.
